SIMON, Judi Borgfeldt
(aka Simon-Hickey)
Judi, 67, passed away of breast cancer on April 21, 2011 at Mercy General Hospital. Born Oct. 30, 1943 to Arnold and Georgia Borgfeldt, she graduated from McClatchy High School, attended Oregon State University and Heald Business College. She had an amazing 40 year career in the banking industry where she was Founder and President of the Sacramento Financial Organization. She took great pride in her accomplishments and the relationships she built with her customers and colleagues. She is survived by her daughter, Paige Simon Boyd (Michael) of San Diego, her former husbands, first husband, Irwin Simon, and second husband, Art Hickey, both of Sacto. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sun., May 22 at 1pm at Harry A. Nauman & Son Funeral Chapel at 4041 Freeport Blvd. in Sacto. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to
Susan G. Komen for the Cure , Mercy Hospital Foundation, or Gateway Recovery House for Women.
