Patricia Nepstead Henderson Allison
September 6, 1943 - November 9, 2022
Folsom, California - Patricia Allison, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on November 9, 2022. Pat (or Patty, as her many cousins called her), was born in Colusa, Ca., and was raised in South Sacramento. Pat married Jim Henderson after graduating from C.K. McClatchy High School in 1961. She worked in the cosmetics industry for 20 years at both Weinstocks and Macy's.
After the sudden death of her husband Jim in 1988, Pat met Ron Allison. They fell in love and were married in 1989. Pat and Ron immediately bought a beautiful home with property in Folsom where they lived happily for 27 years. Pat purchased a business on Sutter Street in Old Town Folsom called Bert's Nest, where she sold American glass. She enjoyed gardening, her many animals and spending time with her family. Their beautiful home was called Magnolia Manor and was often included in Folsom backyard tours. Many weddings and several family celebrations were held there.
Pat is survived by her children Jennifer Henderson (JR McRae), Mark Henderson (Lori), Heather Silva (Scott); grandchildren Paige, Reece, James, Alex; great-grandson Hayden; brother Ron Nepstead (Pam); sisters-in-law Jane Thompson, and Melissa Keeler; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pat Allison left this earth surrounded by her children. Her beautiful infectious smile is missed every day. A celebration of life for family and friends will take place at Heather Silva's home on April 22, 2023, at 12:00 noon.
