Died of ovarian cancer 4/25/2002 at the age of 58. Born Riverside, CA, graduated from Chico State, taught kindergarten for 22 years and was a strong education advocate. She was on our last reunion committee.
Sally Ann was a very good friend of mine-----I will never forget her cheerful face and upbeat spirit. It does not surprise me that she became a teacher----I know the kids must have loved her. I was so looking forward to seeing her at this reunion. I talked with her at the 25th. She will be very missed. Charlene Josse
Sally was Girl's Vice President at Sacramento City College where we were both in student government. I was sadden to hear of her death as she was so full of life. I smile to think of her as a Kindergarten teacher. She was likely a half inch too short for the upper grades. What a fireball!
